Yirgacheffe coffee is grown at an altitude of 1,700 to 2,200 metres above sea level and is considered the finest high altitude coffee in southern Coffee Ethiopia, an exotic coffee region known for its fine coffees. This exquisite coffee shows a bright acidity along with an intense, clean taste and complex floral notes in the aroma, sometimes with a hint of toasted coconut, and a bright finish with hints of berries or wine.
