Monsoon Malabar coffee is extremely aromatic. Exposure to humid conditions and salty winds in special outdoor warehouses during the monsoon season and the aging process reduces its normal acidic properties, giving it an almost grainy and thick texture. On the palate, you can expect strong spicy, smoky and earthy notes or malt sweetness.
