It is well balanced, with notes of berries and citrus (lemon) and complex acidity. This coffee is harvested by hand, sorted and then raised on dryers until it is ready to be shipped. This coffee is grown in the Sidamo province in the highlands of Coffee Ethiopia at an altitude of 1,500 to 2,200 metres above sea level.
